What is the difference between program students and non-program students?<\/strong><\/span><br data-start=\"639\" data-end=\"642\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2192 Students officially enrolled in the program are eligible to select Korean Program courses during the first phase of course registration.<\/span><br data-start=\"780\" data-end=\"783\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Please note that regardless of enrollment status, any student who completes the required courses and credits may apply for a Certificate of Program Completion.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"944\" data-end=\"1141\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong data-start=\"944\" data-end=\"1026\">Q2. My application for credit recognition\/transfer has been approved, but why am I still blocked from enrolling in certain courses?<\/strong><\/span><br data-start=\"332\" data-end=\"335\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2192 Credit transfer\/recognition approved by the college is only applicable when applying for the program certificate, and is not connected to the course enrollment system. If you wish to enroll in intermediate or higher-level courses but are blocked due to not having taken the prerequisite beginner-level courses, please request an <strong data-start=\"666\" data-end=\"678\">add code<\/strong> from the course instructor after the semester begins.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"734\" data-end=\"1087\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong data-start=\"734\" data-end=\"862\">Q2. I\u2019m a program student and selected a certain course, but didn\u2019t get in. Don\u2019t program students have priority enrollment?<\/strong><\/span><br data-start=\"862\" data-end=\"865\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2192 Although program students are granted priority for program-related courses, the number of seats is still limited. Therefore, final enrollment is based on the course assignment results from the Office of Academic Affairs.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1089\" data-end=\"1518\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong data-start=\"1089\" data-end=\"1241\">Q3. Many courses have enrollment restrictions, making it difficult to register for courses in the first year of the program. Could this be adjusted?<\/strong><\/span><br data-start=\"1241\" data-end=\"1244\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2192 Enrollment restrictions are in place to ensure students have the necessary foundation. To maintain the quality of instruction and ensure students without a Korean language background don\u2019t fall behind, it&#8217;s encouraged to complete beginner-level courses before progressing.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1520\" data-end=\"1740\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong data-start=\"1520\" data-end=\"1623\">Q4. If I didn\u2019t take the Korean course last semester, can I still enroll in this semester\u2019s course?<\/strong><\/span><br data-start=\"1623\" data-end=\"1626\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2192 Please consult the course instructor. As long as you receive authorization and an add code from the instructor, you can add the course.<\/span><\/p><h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"2091\" data-end=\"2133\"><strong data-start=\"2095\" data-end=\"2133\">Inter-University Course Enrollment<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2135\" data-end=\"2570\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Students within the NTU System must register for courses through their home university\u2019s course selection system, according to that university\u2019s regulations.<\/span><br data-start=\"2303\" data-end=\"2306\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Non-tri-university students who wish to enroll in NTU courses must use the <strong data-start=\"2381\" data-end=\"2426\">Inter-University Course Enrollment System<\/strong> to register online and print out the application form. After filling out the form, please submit it directly to the Office of Academic Affairs.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2572\" data-end=\"2737\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong data-start=\"2572\" data-end=\"2642\">Q1. Can NTU exchange students enroll in courses using an add code?<\/strong><\/span><br data-start=\"2642\" data-end=\"2645\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2192 Yes. If the instructor grants permission, you may use an add code to enroll in the course.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"2739\" data-end=\"3230\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong data-start=\"2739\" data-end=\"3039\">Q2. I want to take a certain course as an elective, but NTU\u2019s system only allows 3 students and I couldn&#8217;t get in. I found that manual add requests are not accepted after the third week in the Tri-University system. Is there any other way (e.g., increased enrollment limit or add code) to enroll?<\/strong><\/span><br data-start=\"3039\" data-end=\"3042\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2192 Please attend the class during the <strong data-start=\"3079\" data-end=\"3093\">first week<\/strong> and ask the instructor for permission to join. If granted, the instructor will provide you with an <strong data-start=\"3193\" data-end=\"3205\">add code<\/strong> for course registration.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-5613\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Certification of Program<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-5613\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-5613\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"52\" data-end=\"111\"><strong data-start=\"56\" data-end=\"111\">Credit Program Certificate Application Instructions<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"\" data-start=\"113\" data-end=\"620\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Students who have completed all required courses and credits for the program should download the application form from the College of Liberal Arts website. Submit the <strong data-start=\"280\" data-end=\"310\">completed application form<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"312\" data-end=\"335\">official transcript<\/strong> (please highlight the program courses), and any <strong data-start=\"384\" data-end=\"434\">approved credit transfer\/recognition documents<\/strong> to the Dean\u2019s Office of the College of Liberal Arts (Room 303, Qin Building).<\/span><br data-start=\"516\" data-end=\"519\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Applications are reviewed on a <strong data-start=\"550\" data-end=\"567\">rolling basis<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"573\" data-end=\"619\">the review process takes at least one week<\/strong>.\u203b The course codes of the completed courses must match the course codes listed in the official program curriculum. If any course does not match, you must also submit an <strong data-start=\"793\" data-end=\"843\">approved \u201cCredit Recognition Application Form\u201d<\/strong> as supporting documentation. Can I complete the program credits first, and then apply for program enrollment to directly obtain the certificate?<\/strong><\/span><br data-start=\"1126\" data-end=\"1129\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2192 The program encourages students to enroll early, but even if you are <strong data-start=\"1200\" data-end=\"1227\">not officially enrolled<\/strong> in the program, <strong data-start=\"1244\" data-end=\"1287\">you may still apply for the certificate<\/strong> as long as all required credits and courses are completed.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1348\" data-end=\"1486\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><strong data-start=\"1348\" data-end=\"1407\">Q2. I have already completed my graduation procedures \/ graduated. There is <strong data-start=\"1616\" data-end=\"1631\">no deadline<\/strong> for applying for the certificate.
